Reassign CMYK output to spot colors

I have PDF files that are CMYK, they need to output as 2 color spot files. Any software ideas that will manage this easily. If I could output the CMY as one and the K as one it would solve my problem.

Any other suggestions?

Adobe Acrobat's Convert Colors or Preflight features can do this...

Another option is to set one color to only C and the other to K and output only C and K. This can be done with pitstop or simply set in illustrator. Hope it helps.
