X-Rite/Pantone is the World Leader in Color Solutions. We have an opening for a Regional Sales Specialist, Key Account Sales Manager.

We are looking for a key regional sales executive with a color solutions background in the packaging and printing industries. The candidate should possess skills in solution selling to the packaging/print industry for system sales. The sales person will handle key accounts in the region for X-Rite sales of all color solutions.

Location: Mid West, Ohio, PA, key packaging/print accounts.
Compensation will be based on experience and success.

Qualifications:
1. Proven track record in system sales to print/packaging/ink industries.
2. Excellent account management skills in technology solutions (color knowledge is a requirement).
3. Minimum 10 year’s experience in key large account selling of solutions to the packaging/print industry. Proven track record of success.
4. Knowledge of color workflows for design-brand to finished products. Digital/offset/flexo process solution based selling.
5. Success in increasing sales revenue and the acquisition of strategic accounts in North America
6. Show past track record of working with key supply chain accounts
7. Ability to call on production as well as C level in these accounts
8. Excellent entrepreneurial skills, effectively interacting with customers at all levels, highly motivated to grow within our organization
9. BA/BS Degree
