Remove empty text outside of page on all pages in a PDF?

I've been sent a 1000 page PDF. at the bottom of each page are two blank text boxes (i know they're not actually boxes, but you catch my drift).

What is the obvious way of automatically deleting them all in Acrobat Pro? I tried redact across all pages but i received an error.
I tried cropping the pages, also didn't work.

Assuming there might be something in preflight?

Many thanks

PitStop and Callas (Acrobat) have the functionality to allow you to remove content that is outside of a PDF Page Box.
In Acrobat you are looking for a Fixup (wrench icon) called 'Remove page objects which are completely outside of page area'
This is based on the Media Box, you can edit this and use another box like Bleed or Trim if you prefer.
