Ricoh 8320 toner issues

Is anyone else having issues ordering toner for their Ricoh 8320? We had this issue every couple of months since we purchased this unit from Ricoh. We go to order toner from their site, where we usually order 4 at a time, and then the site says we can't order that many. So we try and order just 1. It goes through with no indication that there will be a delay. We wait a few days, check the site, and are notified that they are back-ordered. The shipment dates are usually 1 week out, but some are even longer. This is very frustrating.
 
I have a couple 7200 series printers from Ricoh. They limit you on how much you can order based on usage. I had a couple orders rejected because I was trying to order too much. I have not had issues with toner but the waste bottles seem to be on backorder often. I have to empty them in the trash and keep reusing the bottles until more come in. You can always reach out to your sales rep that sold you the printers and see if they can assist in why there is a delay.
 
If you are legitimately going through supplies then your sales rep should have no problems adjusting your inventory threshold to compensate. I have a 7210, have no issues with supplies. Sometimes the online system will kick back asking me why I need what I ordered, and I’ll say why and the order goes through. I did tell my rep prior to buying the machine that we need the ability to have x amount of supplies on hand after our last machine (KM) could not replenish us. It’s not been a problem.
 
Thanks guys. I have reached out to our sales rep, and he was denied, but he tried again this week, and was able to up our limit.

We also have an 8100 that has no problems getting toner. It seems that the 8300 series printers are the issue with it comes to toner. Maybe Ricoh has too many in the field and can't keep up with them.

We love their support, but we will be doing some research to replace the 8320 with a different company because of this issue.
