Ricoh 9210 External Tray Feed Issue

My external tray has a problem with feeding glossy and coated paper. It will feed uncoated paper fine, but any coated paper it jams every 10- 15 sheets and gives error code j006. I cleaned it with alcohol and that helped for like 25-30 sheets and started jamming again. Any advice would be most appreciated.

Maybe roller feed/double sheet diameter. Small changes matter.
ESPECIALLY if things were fine and now are not.

I would remove the feed belt unit ( 2 screws) and clean or replace the feed belts. The other thing to look at is if the filters in the rear of the Large capacity tray is clogged with dust. There should be an upper and lower vent for tray 3 and 4.
are you using generic paper settings or are you using the media library. There are specific settings in the paper library to address this issue.
