Ricoh C700 & C720

Has anyone had experience with either of these machines. We are not wanting to spend 100M on a new machine and the Ricoh salesman said that these 2 machines were great and would perform in the same category as the Xerox 700. Any advice would be appreciated. Mainly concerned with quality of print, service calls etc..

They are identical to the C900 but slowed down mechanically.

The C720 is identical to the C900 except for the speed and you can't use a couple of the accessories, the C700 is the MPC7500 with a Fiery included.

You mean this machine right ?

This machine is the MPC7501 with a Fiery included. This machine is a whole different class as far as I am concerned.

So what do you want to know ?
