We have a Riso HC5500 that is having constant feed issues. It jams just before it gets onto the paper transfer belt. Testing the sensors in service engineer mode suggest all the sensors are working correctly. I have replaced the paper feed clutch and 2 x registration clutches. What else could it be?
Anyone with knowledge of these machines who has any info would be greatly appreciated.
