Roland Versacamm SP540V contour cutting off

Has anyone had a problem with their large format contour cuts being off? Almost .25"! They look fine in the rip, (Versaworks) and everything was hunkydorey on Friday. I printed and cut almost 24 s.f. and those cuts are fine. The machine was shut off for the weekend and then today it's a horror show. I'm only sending a few image at a time, pdfs.

Are the prints being returned to the print origin without release from the pinch wheels (rather than ejected and realigned for cut/crease)?
