speedmaster 52 4 color are u supposed to set both ink forms and water form to plate at same time for the final step after setting ink first, then water?

You can do both ways, but when adjusting only the inking rollers to the plate, make sure the intermediate roller is engaged. This way you will get more accurate strip width.

It is very essential when the machine is a little bit old , the cam which is responsible to hold the rollers , move for ink rollers & if u set water form roller only cam does not move . So that part of cam is not the place where it actually hold the roller during production .?
