Printing/Mailing Sales Rep

Regional printing/mailing firm
has an immediate opening for an experienced sales rep. Applicants should posse’s extensive knowledge of the print/mail industry and be very computer literate.

Company offers commercial offset & digital printing with in-house full bindery and mailing services. Company excels at W2P, VDP, Purl’s, email, multi-channel marketing and web development technologies.

Duties Include:

* Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.

* Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly sales objectives while providing customers with the highest levels of service throughout the sales process and beyond. The ideal candidate will protect and grow market share within their assigned territory/accounts

* Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer.

* Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential markets.

* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products.

* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in trade organizations.

* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for
Years of Selling Experience: 5+ to 7 Years
Education Level: Some College Coursework Completed helpful
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
