Can someone share a sample ppf file with a step and repeat job that has a bleed?
It is mainly the cutting data that attracts my intrest.
The sample ppf files from the cip4 website do not include a bleed.

There is no bleed definition. The only way I see PPF being used is to place each element as a cut block with it's finished dimensions as the block size. I have not tested this, but I think if you were to make the block size the area used by your step and repeat (location/size after it would be 4 sided trimmed) including gutters and then defined your block element size as the finished piece dimensions the PPF interpretation would be to space each element evenly so you would yield a gutter.
