scented strip inserts question

I currently looking for information on scented strips for inserts for magazines and wanted to ask if anyone could provide me with information on what kind of printing technology is used to print these and what print suppliers in the US will still print these.

I was told that the US still had 3 main suppliers scented strips for magazines, I searched online and found that Orlandi, inc could be one of them. Thanks for any help provide.
