Screen 8600-CTP .........Help

Hi every one,
I have ctp screen 8600 - model (y/2004) and there some error in output media as shown in attachment...
This error not stable some times appear more than in picture attach or less....
so if you can help me to avoid or fix this error i be grateful for you
thanks for every one ....


p.s. the error is uncorrected shape of dot and this appear in all dot shape...

which side of plate you have problem?(zero of recording head or .....)
