Seiko W64 CP Manager issues

Hi Everyone. Wonder if anyone can help. We had a power cut early in the week and we have got everything back up and running, or so we thought but now on a Friday evening I've come to do a banner on our wide format printer, Seiko W64 and the CP manager only comes up in demo mode so not connected. I've checked the cable but it seems fine. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks in advance

Check to make sure the system clock is correct, that will cause issues if the power goes out and comes back online quickly. If the clock is not correct try to fix it on your own or call service.
