Select Set 5000 Density variations

I´ve an Agfa Selectset 5000 with an online processor. The problem is that it seems that the film has no equal screen density across the drum. Suppose I film 30 cm fill of 50% gray, the first part of the film is 50% but the last part is about 40% or less. I clean the machine, optics, carriage but there´s no change. Laser is about 450. Any ideas?

Last part of film is not at the drum surface -> laser spot is off focus -> DOT less than expected.
Just a thought.
