Trend currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to work in our Carrollton, Texas office (just outside of Dallas).
The Senior Sales Executive will identify, develop, and implement various initiatives to create new business growth in the Southwest Region. Focusing on driving new commercial print sales into Trend's three manufacturing facilities, the position will work closely with senior management and the sales/production departments in our Dallas facility.
Primary duties include:
* Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes within the Southwest Region.
* Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies.
* Drive new sales business to exceed regional business goals.
* Deliver high level presentations to prospective large volume customers selling a total package inclusive of quality, service, and value.
* Communicate feedback on customers needs, business opportunities, and operational needs.
* Provide insight based on observations including operations, customers service, sales strategies, and marketing.
* Work with sales operations and sales leadership to ensure accuracy and high ethical standards.
* Support and provide positive guidance to sales executives including client visits.
The successful candidate will have:
* A comprehensive knowledge of commercial web printing presses and bindery equipment.
* A minimum of ten years selling commercial web printing with measurable success.
* The ability to multi-task projects and working opportunities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong working knowledge of basic computer programs such Powerpoint.
* A Business or Marketing degree is preferred.
