Sequential bar code printing for large volume

any idea of printing large volume of sequential bar code data at very low cost, Indigo is out of question, as cost is too high. The volume is over 10,000,000 pcs.

What kind of substrate are you printing on? What kind of quality, tolerance, speed is needed?
More info would be helpful..

label substrate or light coated and light weight board. mostly used in the apparel industry.

do you want to print multiple up on a sheet, or one at a time?
still not sure of your scope here....?

multiple up would be idea, my friend has sheetfed offset, narrow web flexo and two indigo. The final product would be a hangtag with color code and sequential bar code. They have ability to do it, but price is still high

How many pieces can you put in a 12x18 sheet?

Color or Black & White?

Turnaround time? 10,000,000 in one run, or spread out in 2/5/10 runs a day/week/month/year?

Every piece will be unique? Meaning, you will have 10,000,000 different bar codes printed?
