I don't know if this is allowed but I thought I would give it a shot. I have a Horizon HT-30 and I need to make sure the home settings for the knife unit, Suction position ,Fore-edge jog guide, etc. are correct, It was working fine up until 4 days ago and now it can't cut more than one booklet at a time (more than 1 it will bump into the knife while rotating and get stuck or while rotating it will fold the last left corner of the stack and leave it uncut). We are looking to try and find a different company to assist us with servicing this machine but at the moment because of a very high volume booklet job we just received we don't have the time and our budget is currently restricted so we have been trying to push out more jobs to afford flying out the usual service guy.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what could help it would be much appreciate it.
