*Service times are geographically dependent on how many techs we have in your area which might be none at which point our wonderful service department in India will be able to assist you.
 
The techs (Xerox mostly) that I've encountered over many years are predominantly interested in taking care of their customers. It's the corporate policies that have gotten in the way.

Management will say "Don't keep so many parts on site or in your car. If you need something, order it for overnight shipping and go back to the repair site a second day in a row to finish." And this is supposed to help them keep costs down?
