sheet fed fan out

Was wondering if anyone has experienced fan out on first pass of work and turn sheet. 80# gloss book or any uncoated book is being effected. The IR dryer has not even hit the sheet this is first pass. KCMY order of set run. Sakurai 466 SIP. Happening between 2 and 3 units. Units 3 and 4 are short across cylinder by two lines op side and drive side. Does not happen on 80# cover and up, coated or not.

One possible cause is slippage at the grippers of individual units. The cover stock, due to it's thickness, is held better. Does it happen again on the second pass at the same units?

Time for a service call.
