Hi all !

Do you have any idea about printing characteristics differences between Heidelberg SM102 and XL105 ?

I have checked roller configuration differences between Alcolor dampening and Hycolor dampening but I could not understand well how printing characteristics is differ.

Alcolor can print reduced water supply with alcohol, Hycolor can print without alcohol but water amount on the plate surface might be more than Alcolor system like Komori dampening.

Which roller configuration is causing this ?

Which kind of fountain can useful to print with less water on XL105 ?

Any input appreciated!
