Snow Leopard and missing files

Viewing files with Snow Leopard isn't showing us all the files on an Isilon server. Viewing from Leopard all is well.

Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it?

I appreciate any advice.

I have access to an Isilon system and don't seem to have any problems viewing files.

How are you connecting to the Isilon -- CIFS or NFS? What version of Isilon OS are you running? Do you have a reproducible test that displays the problem? If so, post it so I can try it...
 
We copied files off (with OS 10.5) and copied back on and Snow Leopard can now see the files. I'm thinking it was a corrupted .DS_Store.

No reproducible test now. But I appreciate the offer.
