Ricoh 9210 Premature Fuser Belt Wear

We are getting lines in our fusers belts and going through them so fast our service provider is telling us we may have to start paying for them. I have 3 fusers on the floor for the 9210. Techs have advised us to change the fuser for the various sheets sizes. Well our manager will not let us do that. I know what a sheet edge "line" looks like, but the belts are getting fine lines all across the belt and the edges look rough from the sheet edge lines. Any advice would be most appreciated.
Here is a pic of the scratches. They are not charger lines. I have replaced all my chargers.

They look like Void lines coursed by the MAG rollers to me, print some Solid pages off, CMYK, it will show which unit or units has the problem

thats scratches from the drums.
It was my magenta drum. Changed out and everything looks nice and smooth again. Fuser belts are ok. Learning to trouble shoot this machine has been a real experience. Lesson learned - don't always think it's the fuser belts, the fuser belts is "forgiving " vs other parts in machine. Thank you everyone for your feedback
