Source For Duplo Parts

Anybody have a source for Duplo Booklet Maker Parts, specifically for a Duplo DBM system 3000 booklet maker? One of ours is down, and the dealer we bought it from years ago (Standard SE) doesn't stock parts for that machine anymore.

Have you tried Duplo in the UK, I've always found them very helpful.
