We have a SpinJet 6200 and are encountering intermittent Duplexer Communication Errors (36.0:01). These occur before a sheet begins printing. Although I am working with support to resolve this, I was just curious if any other SpinJet users have encountered this error and what resolved it??
Things tried so far (all suggested by support):
1. Update HP printer firmware to latest version.
2. Connect HP printer directly to SpinFlow PC (via 2nd NIC) instead of to our network.
3. Changed various settings in both SpinFlow software and HP printer.
