Position Information:

Under general supervision plans and executes product development, pricing, and/or marketing initiatives that support the organization’s corporate marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in retail print industry; Operational and product knowledge of print production/products strongly preferred.
* Experience in product management with strong business acumen, product strategy development/ execution, project management, and leading cross-functional teams preferred.
* Experience in retail product management/marketing and strong problem solving skills considered a plus.

Primary Objectives:

1) Manage FedEx Office’s products with a primary focus on core copy/print products, revenue solutions and strategic partnerships.
2) Provide product management/marketing and execution support for FedEx Office products.
3) Collaborate and align with other product managers (e.g., Shipping, Signs & Graphics, Direct Mail) to support overall FedEx Office product and revenue goals.
4) Continue development of the product strategy for FedEx Office, including regular market and competitive assessment updates.
5) Develop and implement activities aimed at growing the revenue and profit of FedEx Office products and services.
6) Analyze product performance and provide product reporting.
7) Lead and participate on cross-functional teams to support product line.
8) Maintain strong ties to front line operations and key business partners (e.g., Pricing, Finance, Sales Support, Advertising/Promotions) to ensure successful product management/execution.
9) Perform market research as needed to support current offering and line extensions.
10) Develop business cases for new products and product line extensions for FedEx Office.
