You bring up a good point. Our Prinect Trap Editor is a standalone solution that will work with any PDF workflow. It is the same as our trapping engine in our Prepress Manager workflow so you do not have to purchase Prepress Manager. it is an Acrobat plugin that traps native PDF that are editable down to a layer. The traps are saved back in to the PDF. It also is program independent, because you trap a PDF, it does not matter if it is InDesign or Illustrator or Quark or ....... I am not a user but Rich Apollo was kind enough to mention our solution from a user perspective.
