Strengths of OPS VWeb Interval/Multi-Channel Campaigns - USER Group?

I was originally attracted to OPS for their interval based trigger marketing capabilities through the VWeb Campaign engine.

Looking to establish user group or engage with an existing group to further explore and develop OPS capabilities with regard to VWeb and Interval and Trigger Campaigns.

Been using OPS for several years, relating to VWeb, for instance, I created automated marketing cycles for membership on-boarding. For example, my client selects a multi-touch campaign (7 touches in this case) and uploads brand new member data each week, and sets the interval schedule (2 weeks) for each touch. Takes about 10 minutes each time and it executes 7 individual personalized/customized direct mailings, each with a PURL and a survey associated to that cycles service/product offer, and an email response - then kicks a lead email to the appropriate department. My client, an admin, very simply executes, each week, what it takes a marketing "team" to accomplish and manage. You can imagine the complexity that would exist in a traditional marketing workflow.

I'm curious what others have developed with the VWeb campaign module using interval based multiple touches/channels. Hopefully we can share some experiences to help simplify the process even further for the client.
