Suprasetter A105 Recorder error 71769

Good day, I am getting this error when I send a job to the recorder (Recorder Error 71769-Faultreaction Status or Fault active) Service Text: (Berger fastscan Unit Error). It happens before the plate is loaded and I correct the error, it works when the error is corrected. I am a bit concerned as it has been happening often. Will appreciate any info.

could be two things.. the Schnneider Motor or Drum Motor have a problem or the encoder is damage...
