It was really bad back in the day when digital production presses were in the early stages. Anytime Xerox service was called in, the first thing out of their mouth was "Are you using Xerox-certified paper?"

The one I hated the most from our Kodak tech was "it's within spec" when referring to the backup or registration. And then he would ask if we are using certified paper.
