Anocoil Corp., a Major Independent US-Based printing plate Manufacturer seeks a Technical Support-Service Professional to perform Technical Service and Support duties for our Graphic Arts/Printing Customers for both Conventional and CTP printing plate installations in the Latin American Region, including Mexico.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Duties include: All Technical Support areas for Printing Plate Customers, Service and Installation of Plate Processing Machinery, General CTP and Conventional Printing Plate Product Support, Plate Processor and Plate Setter Troubleshooting, Analyzing and Solving Press-related printing plate issues, as well as General Technical Sales and Service Support.
• Establish and manage both customer and internal company relationships.
• Attendance and Support Work at Graphic Arts and Printing Related exhibitions/shows in both Latin America and the US will be required.
• Extensive Travel throughout Central and South America, the Caribbean and Mexico required. Must be able to plan and travel independently.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
English and Spanish language Fluency is required.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in Field Technical Service Support required.
• Should have very good electrical, mechanical skills, and (Pref) some plumbing skills.
• Should be located near a Major US-Latin America Airport Hub
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Good correspondence and writing skills preferred.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
• Must have ability to plan and book business travel, and schedule personal trips, while minimizing company costs.
• Should be capable of writing technical reports in both English and Spanish.
OTHER CRITERIA
• The position reports to the Vice President of International Sales
