Xitron, the leading independent developer of the Harlequin RIP and prepress workflow software, is seeking a Territory Dealer Manager for their Ann Arbor headquarters. The right candidate will be trained to work with Xitron dealers and end users in a multi-state territory, helping them configure productive, economical solutions that meet the needs of today’s modern prepress departments.


Prior success in a channel management role is essential. Prepress experience or knowledge will be extremely helpful, along with a willingness to work in a team-oriented structure. Good written and oral communication skills are a must, as is the ability to take direction from experienced colleagues. This is a challenging opportunity for someone with the ability to achieve and maintain sales targets by developing and working with graphic arts dealers within the territory.

Full-time exempt position with salary, commission, and benefits.


Location:
• Southeast Michigan (No relocation available)


Education:
• BA/BS degree preferred


Training & Experience:
• 5+ years of dealer sales experience (printing market a plus)
