How to correctly set initial position of plate & offset cylinders?
Variant 1, 2 or3?

If I understand you question, you want to ask the position of the image on plates.
Plate cylinder should be zeroed in circumferential and lateral direction and start of the image on plate depends on the type of the press and layout of the job.

On Roland's "zero" position as my variant 2.
And the position of the image on plates is 35 mm.
Plate cylinder starts first.
Offset cylinder rolls on plate.

On my Ryobi 662 PFH "zero" position as my variant 1.
And the position of the image on plates is 15 mm.
