Tone Correction - Gradation Curves

Hi, i am searching for a worκflow - program that i can correct the tone of an image in a sigle page or through all the pdf document.
Is Callas or Enfocus suitable for that and which are the best? By correction i mean user gradation curves that can be attached only to images

Yes, you can do this with Enfocus PitStop Pro:
