I have a memorable and important photograph of my face , but unfortunately there are some undesired spots in the photograph. At this situation, I would like to remove undesired spots from my photograph.

What is the easier and best way to remove undesired spots from my photo?

As I know that the Clone Stamp tool is useful for duplicating objects or removing unwanted elements of the image.

Am I right that the Clone Stamp tool best for doing this then other process?

What is your opinion? Please reply here.

Thanks.

Depending on how big the spots are, you might also want to try the dust & scratches filter.

Filter > Noise > Dust & Scratches

Make a new layer.
choose the spot healing brush and make the brush about the same size as the spot
make sure you are sampeling all layers (current and below)
click on one spot at a time to remove. Areas around the spot are sampled and blended. There may be instances you will need to use the clone tool as well. Good luck.

Alternatively do this in Adobe camera raw, there you will be able to do the same but non destructively, then export the finished file or open in photoshop.
