UV?

I have a possible opportunity to become a sales rep of a UV bulb manufacturer. I have experience running full UV presses, hybrid uv/conventional presses, UV coating presses. All of my experience is on sheetfed applications. What I lack is the specific technical knowledge of the process. I know what happens, but do not know the chemistry of why.

If anyone can supply links to articles or specific experience dealing with UV, more specifically the process.
