Unless you have a special reason to start from scratch, you will pay less in the long run. Both offer multiple templates and customization to personalize your site. Both have W2P and customer portal options. Both $500+ per month well optioned. Why reinvent the wheel? If you happen to use 4over a lot, you could consider Printer Bridge, which lets you set up your own products along with any of theirs you like. There are management functions that handle your in-house sales and workflow. $99 per month.
