Not many people left at Esko! The upper management has lost focus on how to treat customers and deliver products / services. They just cut a lot of the people that did the work while promoting some that do nothing.
History has not shown this to be the case. It will be interesting to see if anything changes. Most of us are not very hopeful.
I've never once been helped by I-support first line, just wasted time and irritation.
