Which tools work best for creating an eBook version of a full color graphic novel ?

No doubt, there are variations in the capabilities of each reader, though, so anyone could simply pick one of them and lead with it.Basically a sign or other such company are offering eBook services but i want to utilize my time and need powerful tools to compete such tasks.Need suggestions
