Xante Ilumina 502 Paper Thick Error

Xante Ilumina 505 Error code 326


Have an old Xante Ilumina 502 which us mostly to numbering.

Getting Paper Thick Error - error code 326

just printing 11.5x14.5 envelopes which I have done in the past, other jobs print just fine.

Any help greatly appreciated!

If you are familiar with the printer, there is a sensor, it is in the middle of the paper track, right at the exit of registration rollers - paper thick sensor - make sure it is clean, also, there in a driver settings you may disable "media check", before everything, please doublecheck that you have a proper and matching settings in printer and the driver.

I have gone ahead and cleaned all out and got the correct drivers as you mentioned and is working now.
