Xante Ilumina: Error 983?

Hi guys,

We have 2 Iluminas.... both of them are down.
The first shows a paper jam but unfortunately I can see any jam anywhere.... even a small thread in the machine.

The second... shows Error 983: Fatal Error

Does anyone know how I can solve these problems.

I've checked everywhere but no luck so far.
