xante impressia - what is this problem?

I purchased a used xante impressia last year. it was almost brand new. I just recently encountered this problem and I am not sure which of my consumables need to be replaced. I printed a full sheet of each color: CMY&K. there are spots on the pages in all those colors, could this be a belt problem?

Belt or fuser. Should be visible.
I lean to belt.

Check the wiper bar on the belt, might have something on it.

It's always the fuser. Sneeze? Replace the fuser. Full moon? Replace the fuser.
