Xante X-16 and X-33 wide format

Does anyone have any feedback on the Xante X-16 and X-33 printers that can print on a wide array of substrates? How reliable, good service and issues, do they run as well as promoted?

I have the X-16 and love it, yes you can print on just about anything. Reliability is good. just keep up with basic maintenance. Service is great they are very responsive. iQueue rip is easy to use.
We love ours!

So the x-16 is basically $30K and the x-33 is 40K? How expensive is the consumables?
