Xerox Fusers Backordered...

We got our Xerox C75 4 weeks ago and ever since then fusers have been on backorder from Xerox Metered Supplies. We are getting to a point of needing a new one. Has anyone else with a similar model been experiencing this?

I would contact your salesman and ask for one he can get from another customer who has one extra

With the C75/J75 you can dedicate the fusers to different papersizes with the switch on the fuser. You should definetly get one for A4, one for A3/SRA3, one for envelopes and one for all media sizes.
This will reduce waste and increase productivity. So it should be a win-win with you and the service provider.

did you push them when you tried to order one? There were times when certain supplies were on back order, like yellow toner a year back or more. After much hounding, I found they kept some stock for emergency situations and did get them to send it out.

I talked to my salesman and he got things moving. Apparently their was some type of computer glitch holding things up that they are investigating. In the meantime I was overnighted fusers and have plenty now.

Very happy with how they resolved this issue.
