Xerox Service Time....

Recently one of the techs in our area has been off with health issues, and we are suffering with slow service. Does anyone know who within Xerox I could contact about this?
 
Contact your sales rep. Frequently our techs are called to Hawaii or something when Hawaii is low on techs, so they should be made aware and Xerox will be able to accommodate.
