xerox versant 180 disponser cyan and black Issue

I have a problem with my xerox versant 180
i get the error code 93-316 / 93-317
then I reset the nvms from 3 to 0
after that i get the same error
I make sure the motor of the disponser is not running
I changed them with my other machine and still the same problem
