Yellow and Cyan marks on prints

Xerox 700i. About every 30-50 sheets, there is a cyan and yellow mark. See image. Is it the drums? They were replaced recently. Thanks

I would certainly try replacing the yellow and cyan drum first and see if it persists. If it still happens I would be giving service a call.

I think it's the wiper blade.
