SlipMate coating or similar

Hi, first time poster looking for some help.

I make parts for various printing presses. I'm making rolls for a project that the customer has specified SLIPMATE coating for the od of the rolls. As far as I can tell it's a Teflon coating.

Are there alternate vendors (preferably on the west coast) that will provide a similar coating for rolls that go in printing presses? The recommended coating thickness is .0015-.002"
