In the event that you are printing more than one duplicate of the archive the print outs will be gathered by page number as a matter of course. The duplicates of page one turned out then the duplicates of page two and so on.Collating will make each duplicate turned out with its pages assembled together.

Yeah, but, only on alternate Tuesday's (the first and third Tuesday of the month). On the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, such is not the case because the archive files are not available.

Not with Database Archive 4.2 can automate these moves with not allowing Tuesday rotation. Upgrade to 4.2 both will make your satisfaction.

DA 4.2 has a 2-gig file size limit, so, rotations can not be totally eliminated, else the file size limit is reached, and, software crashes. To side-step the Tuesday rotation, we created an online index to the offline files. Once you enter the file name search argument, it tells you which series of floppy disks to load in order to retrieve your desired file. Works ok, as long as your PC has a floppy drive.........................

Oh, I should mention here that Visual Database Archive (VDA) does not have the same file size limitation, but, you have to get used to object-oriented scripting, instead of the traditional procedural-oriented scripting.

I want some of what Sophia is drinking.

Lucky for you, your 64 page, single-sided booklet magically morphed into a 32 page, double-sided booklet!
But we'll have to charge you twice as much for the printing on the back of each page.
