We had the whole Fiery computer reinstalled 2 days ago, so lost all settings for paper and colour. I am up and running again, but noticed something when calibrating.

I have attached 2 screen shots. They show the time and the time calibrated. When selecting on a card stock that I need to print business cards, it says “Last Calibrated: Default measurements”, it was calibrated about a minute before. Before the crash it would show when the last calibration was. When it says “default measurements” is it using the calibration that was just done?? Not sure why it would be different then pre-crash.

On 11x17 bond it shows like normal.

My assumption is that you have different calibrations associated for different weights and types. I can't remember where the settings are to for this, but I think you either would calibrate on this heavier media or associate a calibrati

I did get an answer when I emailed a Xerox

From Command Workstation:
  • Device Center tab
  • Color Setup tab
    • Expert Settings button
    • Uncheck “Use media defined profiles if available” ->OK
    • Apply
